This system is a private internal tool for authorised staff of AY Furniture. It is not a public service. Access is granted at the company's discretion and may be revoked at any time.

Your registration is subject to admin approval. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Do not share your login.

All customer data, leads, pricing, and business information in this system are confidential property of the company. You may use them only to perform your job, and you must not copy, share, or export them outside the company without authorisation.

Use the system lawfully and professionally. Do not attempt to access data outside your permission level, disrupt the service, or misuse customer contact details (including WhatsApp/marketing) in breach of applicable laws (e.g. PDPA).

Activity in the system (logins, edits, status changes, messages) is logged for security and accountability.

On leaving the company or breaching these terms, your access will be disabled. Confidentiality obligations continue after access ends.
